Check for Any Possible Network Mismatch
- Launch the Home App on your iPad, iPhone, or Mac. If there is any alert that your HomePod or iPhone are using different Wi-Fi networks, you can connect your HomePod to the same Wi-Fi for your iPhone.
- Choose or click View Details under the HomePod Network Mismatch alert

Reset or Restart your HomePod

- Unplug your smart speaker, and then wait for about 30 seconds. After that, plug your HomePod back into the power outlet. If the restart does not help, try to reset your HomePod.

- From your iDevice, sign in using the same Apple ID to set-up the HomePod initially. After that, launch the Home App.
